Bad Teeth Builds Privacy Policy

Who operates the app

Bad Teeth Builds is independently operated by Beau Thomas Sutton, an individual. Bad Teeth Builds and BrandX Design are not currently registered business entities. Privacy and support contact: brandxtattoo@hotmail.com.

This policy describes the Customer app, Bad Teeth Builds. The separate BTB Owner app has additional field-test and review tools described in its Owner privacy addendum.

Information kept on your device

The app saves the motorcycles you add to Garage, including the year, make, model, optional nickname and an app-generated local record ID. It also saves your Current Bike selection and preferences for appearance, text size, keeping the screen awake and the default motorcycle. These records support the app's Garage and display features.

There is no Bad Teeth Builds app account and no BTB-hosted Garage cloud-sync service in the current app. The app does not send Garage entries or preferences to a BTB server. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in motorcycle nicknames or custom model names.

Diagnostic and reference searches run against built-in information on your device. The current app does not save a BTB search history or send search terms to a BTB search service. Opening an external link is a separate activity described below.

Offline references and internet connections

Built-in maintenance, diagnostic and troubleshooting information is available without an internet connection. Offline availability does not mean the app never contacts external services.

When a video card appears, its thumbnail can load automatically from Google's YouTube image service at i.ytimg.com before you tap the video. A request for a thumbnail sends your IP address, the requested image address, including the video identifier, and network request information to that service. Caching may avoid some requests. The app does not attach your Garage entries, nicknames, preferences or diagnostic search terms to these thumbnail addresses.

Tapping a video thumbnail or WATCH VIDEO opens the linked YouTube video through your device's link handling. The YouTube channel and other external website links also open external services. Those services, your browser or the receiving app may process information under their own policies, settings and account arrangements. Google describes its practices in the Google Privacy Policy. This policy does not promise that Google deletes a thumbnail request immediately or uses it only to deliver the image.

The app checks network availability when opening web links. It does not use that check to create a BTB location or browsing-history record. Videos and external services need a connection; the built-in references remain available offline.

Support email

CONTACT SUPPORT opens your email app addressed to brandxtattoo@hotmail.com. Bad Teeth Builds does not automatically send the email or attach your Garage. You choose whether to send a message and what to include.

If you send an email, Beau Thomas Sutton receives your email address and the message, attachments and other information you choose to send. Your email provider and the support mailbox provider also process the correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Deleting the app does not delete email already sent. For questions about support correspondence or to request its deletion, contact brandxtattoo@hotmail.com. Mailbox copies and provider backups may be subject to separate controls; this policy makes no fixed retention-period or automatic-deletion promise.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The current application-code and dependency review identified no BTB-operated analytics, advertising, cross-app tracking, crash-reporting upload service or sale-of-data implementation. This describes the reviewed app implementation; it is not a statement that your operating system, app store, email provider or Google/YouTube performs no processing.

Your device or store may process installation, purchase, diagnostic or usage information under its own settings and policies. External services can also process information when thumbnails load or you open their links. The final store disclosures must account for the released app and relevant third-party practices.

Storage and security

Garage and preferences use local application storage. The app does not add its own independent encryption layer to that storage. Device protections depend on your operating system and security settings. Protect your device and avoid storing secrets in free-text fields. No storage or transmission method can be promised completely secure.

Thumbnail requests and the currently configured video and channel web links use HTTPS. A support email is handled by your chosen email service; this policy does not promise end-to-end encrypted email.

Removing information, backups and restoration

Garage entries remain in local app storage until changed, removed or the app's data is erased. Remove an individual motorcycle in Garage and change preferences in Settings. The current Customer app has no separate account to delete and no in-app erase-all command.

On Android, clearing the app's storage removes its active local app data; clearing only its cache is different. On iPhone or iPad, Delete App removes the installed app and its associated active data; Offload App keeps documents and data for reinstallation. Follow your device's current instructions and select the correct app, since BTB Owner is a separate installation.

Operating-system, device-transfer or backup services can have separate copies or restoration behavior. The app does not control every device or provider backup. Do not assume that uninstalling erases all backups, exports or correspondence, or that reinstalling will restore Garage data. Manage device backups and previously shared copies separately.

Local Garage information is controlled on your device; requests about information held by an external provider may also need to be directed to that provider. No particular legal response period or outcome is promised by this policy.

We will review and update this policy when the app’s data practices or operator change. Updated versions will show their effective or revision date on this page.
